It’s crunch time now and everyone is really getting on the
ball with their duties. That being said, with the Lumina contract has been finalized,
my ball will start rolling with everyone else’s. I’ve been informed that we’re
having a Lumina walkthrough after class on 3/29 and that I have a meeting about
the after party with Kebba on Thursday. In addition to that I’ve volunteered to
take some pressure off the video race people. This week was slow again, but
only because of the planning stages of everything. As soon as Sandra sent over
the contract I was contacted by my director and, I assume, the walkthrough is
the first step in a speedy process. With the festival being so close, I think
that everyone will start to be a little on edge. However, I don’t think
everything will be extremely frazzled if we do everything smoothly and cover
all the bases. On another note, the leadership piece of my class project has
been sitting idle because I’m not quite sure where it is going. That worries me
for the data analysis that I’ve been asked to do on it, but I’ve done all I can
in terms of contacting my director and will keep doing so until I get a response.
Overall, things are starting to get stressful, but that’s where I work best.
